Welcome parents and students of 3W for 2015. As many of you might know as apart of science this term we have been learning about the life cycles of various mini beasts. Students have been very interested and engaged during this unit and have developed a vast understanding of many mini beasts that live in our environment. As a part of our investigation into the life cycle of mini beasts, the class of 3W have been monitoring the development of a silkworm. We have monitored it's progress from the very beginning watching it hatch from an egg and viewed its weekly transformation into what is now a very large silkworm. We are proud to say that our silkworm is the biggest of all stage 2 classes! Check out the pictures of it below, its a beauty!!
